Rubber filter belt, also known as vacuum belt, is a key component of DU horizontal belt vacuum filter and vacuum belt washer. It can be divided into heat-resistant filter belt, acid and alkali resistant filter belt, and oil resistant filter belt.


Adopting different types of covering adhesive formulas for different working environments, the skeleton adopts high-strength polyester canvas, and the drainage hole section adopts a pure adhesive structure, effectively blocking the influence of filtrate on the skeleton material. The service life of the filter belt is significantly improved, with advantages such as no deformation, low rate of change, high strength, and wide applicability.


The combination of filter belts and horizontal belt vacuum filters is widely used in solid-liquid separation in industries such as metallurgy, mineral processing, petroleum, light industry, chemical industry, papermaking, power generation, etc. It can continuously work with countercurrent washing and obtain the purest filter cake and the highest content of filtrate with the least amount of washing solution (water).

According to statistics, 62% of cities in China have seriously exceeded the average concentration of SO2 in the air, posing a threat to the sustained and healthy development of the national economy. Therefore, controlling SO2 emissions in flue gas has attracted high attention from the Chinese government, and a series of measures and standards have been formulated to control SO2 emissions. As stated in the "Reply of the State Council on the Control of SO2 Pollution in Acid Rain Control Zones" (State Letter 1998-5) and "Air Pollution Emissions from Thermal Power Plants" (GB13223-1996). At present and for a long time in the future in our country. The main means of controlling SO2 emissions is flue gas desulfurization. The most economical and technologically mature method for flue gas desulfurization is mainly the limestone gypsum method. In the desulfurization process, the filter belt is specifically used for gypsum dehydration. Filter belts are mainly used for gypsum slurry filtration in wet desulfurization of thermal power plants with a capacity of over 200000 KW, flue gas desulfurization in steel plants, phosphoric acid filtration in phosphating plants, potassium fertilizer filtration in the potassium fertilizer industry, and slurry filtration in large metallurgical mines.
