Rubber dams have been widely used in urban river regulation. (1) Foundation cleaning: Remove gravel and silt from the foundation pit. Excavate several water collection wells at the joint of the foundation pit teeth and grooves, and drain the accumulated water.
(2) Measurement: Use a total station to introduce the shore control points into the concrete cushion layer of the foundation pit. According to the design foundation size, set out the control points, and then use an ink bucket to pop out the contour line. The elevation control adopts the method of setting elevation control points around the template. During the concrete pouring process, a level is used to check and control the elevation of the upstream and downstream anchor lines to ensure the accuracy of burial.
(3) Formwork erection: The standard and standardized combination steel formwork is used for formwork erection, which is supported and reinforced with channel steel and support steel pipes. The inner side of the formwork is reinforced with diameter 12 steel bars to ensure accurate formwork dimensions.
(4) Pre embedded filling and drainage pipes: The filling and drainage pipes are installed on the pre embedded steel brackets according to the measurement centerline, and the openings at both ends are temporarily closed with wooden boards to prevent foreign objects from falling into the pipes.
