2、 Provide scientific and systematic planning and design

3、 Assist in engineering construction

1. Assist in guiding the installation of products. Before the rubber dam installation construction time specified in the contract, engineering personnel and customer engineering personnel shall inspect and confirm the preliminary construction preparation.

2. Both parties will implement the project installation according to the jointly formulated project schedule. The company's engineering manager and the client's engineering personnel should closely cooperate and jointly complete the construction tasks according to the division of responsibilities of both parties.

3. After the completion of construction debugging, a team consisting of personnel from both parties shall conduct acceptance inspection. After passing the inspection, the equipment shall be put into use, and the acceptance report shall be signed by both parties.

4、 Freight transportation

The company has established fixed cooperative relationships with multiple logistics companies to ensure that the company's goods can arrive at the construction site quickly, on time, and in good condition.

5、 Equipment maintenance

1) Product quality assurance during the warranty period

During the warranty period, the customer should dispatch trained and qualified personnel to carry out maintenance operations on the product.

During the warranty period, if there are quality issues with the equipment that belong to the manufacturer, repair will be provided free of charge. It is not a quality issue with the manufacturer and actively assists the owner in maintenance, with only a cost fee charged.

2) Product quality assurance after the warranty period expires

After the warranty period expires, the company guarantees to continue providing maintenance for the facilities, and any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

6、 Service commitment
